Yes! Month 1 is done.. on to Month 2 with a big smile on my face (and a lot less acne than before!) This month I have experienced: – dry lips – dry, flaky skin (mainly on face) – 1 bad headache – joint pain everywhere – hair is not oily – dry eyes during weeks 1-2 – no new breakouts! – as the weeks went on, less and less oil on my face (yay!)

Written review’s can be found below: pinkptv.blogspot.com Overall I really enjoyed using this soap because it was simple and to the point. However for my skin type (dry) I don’t think the Dudu would be wise to be used on the face everyday maybe once a week for people who have trouble with scrubs because it really clean your pores. As far as body anywhere from 2-3 times aweek. If you listen to your skin it will let you know when to discountiue use of a product. 1-10 I give this product a 8…

just a vid showing how i retwist my locs.. i had this long rant about why i use sheabutter but i had to cut it for times sake.. so i will reinnerate (how do you spell that anyway lol) sheabutter is whats up when it comes to hair and skin care. i order my shea from www.madinaonline.com its a store in brooklyn newyork i bevlive.. if you have the african shops in your town or citty then stop by and ask if they have pure raw unrefined shea butter..they usually will. most of the shea i use comes from ghana.. its great for dry skin, its a natural spf and protects from uva rays..it softens and heals dry cracked skin..i love it! i mix mine with olive oil or if you wanna get yours already mixed then order from www.essentialorganicbalms.com she has a delectible liquid (which is really semi solid) shea butter and a head to toe jojoba honey conction that will knock your socks off i’m telling you. look for more on this product in another video. if you are gonna use gel use 100% pure aloe vera gel. any other gel is artifical and not good for you locs. you can get away with using various gels on loose natural ahir becasue all the strands are exposed when cleaning..not the case for a loc. the hairs are tightly matted together and product can get trapped in the gaps..so use natural things that the body wants to eat right on up. mor eon this inanother video. hope this helps you newbies who were wondering exactly what we mean by palm roll. dont forget to susbcribe and rate it even if you

Today, I went to a new rheumatologist because my old doc is too far away. Unfortunately, this guy was an idiot. After asking me four times if I have psoriasis, six times if I smoke (I do not, nor have I EVER), and about five times if I have blood in my pee, he became visibly confused and told me I don’t have sciatica (which I didn’t mention). He then explained that sciatica is a disease that makes your skin harden and turn dry. I’ve never had dry skin in my life. And, to top it off, when I Googled sciatica, I found out that it’s related to lower back pain. I think he meant scleroderma, which is hardening of the skin. He was more interested in the fact that I’m a ‘molar,’ than checking my labs or finding out if I’m on medication for RA. *sigh* I’m just lucky he didn’t pull out the leeches to drain my ‘bad blood.’ Yeesh!

site| marykay.com the set| www.marykay.com I was that girl that looked at young chicks like they were crazy when they were looking at anti-aging products. But I’ve done a lot of research, and was taught so much. I’m starting now, although skin care has always been top priority with cosmetics. . . I’ve gotta get even more serious about it. & to think, I never really thought about wrinkles– goodness

Treatment was extended to August because I stayed on the 30 mg for 2 months rather than 1 (my derm wants to decrease the chances of my acne coming back). Trying new, unrefined and all natural products from coastalscents.com: unrefined shea butter and african black soap. (both taken from www.coastalscents.com) AFRICAN BLACK SOAP: “…used to treat rashes, acne, eczema, dandruff, body odor and much more. The African black soap helps keep the skin clean and helps against premature facial lines. It is great for showering, bathing, washing of the hair, face and the feet. Black Soap is recommended for the young and the old. Black soap leaves the skin smooth and soft & as a facial soap it is excellent for clearing acne. …used in Africa for the treatment of rashes, ring worm, eczema and also as a natural hair shampoo to avoid itchy and dry scalps.” UNREFINED SHEA BUTTER: “…used to moisturize and protect the skin from sun, wind, heat and salt water. It is known as the most effective skin moisturizer and conditioner because of its high content of non-saponifiable fats including vitamin F. It is an excellent skin moistener and is used for aging skin, eczema and all forms of massage. It is also used to relax the muscles and to treat sprains wounds and colds. The unique formula of Shea butter also helps prevent and protect dry skin providing temporal relief from irritation, dryness and wind burned skin.” In regards to other Accutane side effects, I’m having trouble concentrating
